Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Templistic WhatsApp and multi-channel automation platform and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or unlawful messages, or violate WhatsApp/Meta or other platform policies.
• Message contacts without the consent required by applicable law.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Transmit malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send and for complying with all applicable messaging, marketing, and data-protection laws.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Message and email quotas, where applicable, are described in your plan. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

4. Your data & content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp/Meta, email providers, and payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Templistic and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

7. Availability & changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templistic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Templistic harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Templistic operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
