Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Delivery of the Templistic platform
Templistic is software delivered electronically. There is nothing to ship. Once your payment is confirmed, access is provisioned to your account — usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. Credentials and next steps are sent to the email address on the account. Message and AI credits are added to your balance immediately on payment.
2. If a channel takes longer to go live
Some channels need third-party approval that is outside our control — a WhatsApp Business number must be verified by Meta, and message templates must be approved by Meta before they can be sent. We submit these promptly and keep you updated, but we cannot guarantee their timing. Your subscription period does not begin until your first channel is live.
3. Orders you fulfil through Templistic
If you use Templistic to sell and ship physical goods to your own customers, the following applies to those orders. Responsibility divides three ways:
- You, the merchant, are the seller. You set prices, dispatch timelines, serviceable areas and your own returns terms, and you are responsible to your customer for the goods.
- The courier (for example Shiprocket, Delhivery or Blue Dart) carries the parcel and controls transit and delivery times. Estimated delivery dates shown in Templistic come from the courier and are estimates, not guarantees.
- Templistic provides the software that books the shipment, tracks it and messages your customer. We do not take possession of goods and are not the carrier or the seller.
4. Tracking and delivery updates
Where enabled, customers receive automatic updates on WhatsApp when a parcel is dispatched, is out for delivery, or is delivered, including a tracking number and link. These updates reflect what the courier reports to us. If a courier does not report a status change, we cannot send an update for it.
5. Failed deliveries and cash on delivery
- Cash-on-delivery confirmation.COD orders may be held until the customer confirms on WhatsApp. An order that is not confirmed within the merchant’s configured window is cancelled and not dispatched.
- Failed delivery attempts. If a courier cannot deliver, the customer may be asked on WhatsApp whether to re-attempt, correct the address or cancel. Their answer is passed to the courier. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is in transit — the courier decides whether to accept them.
- Returned to origin. After repeated failed attempts a courier returns the parcel to the merchant. Any refund is then handled under the merchant’s own returns policy.
6. Serviceability
Delivery is only possible where a courier serves the destination. Templistic checks serviceability by pincode before an order is booked and will tell the customer when an address cannot be served, or when cash on delivery is unavailable for it.
7. Questions
About the Templistic platform, write to support@templistic.com. About a specific order you placed with a merchant using Templistic, please contact that merchant directly — they hold the order and can act on it.
