Chat is where customers paste things they should not — card numbers, ID numbers, addresses. We planned for that instead of hoping it would not happen.
PII never reaches the model
Card numbers, CVVs, PAN and Aadhaar are stripped before a message is sent to any AI provider — and stripped from the stored trace too, so we never keep the copy we just protected.
Isolation at the database
Every tenant’s rows are separated by PostgreSQL row-level security, not by a WHERE clause someone might forget. A query without a tenant context returns nothing.
Credentials encrypted at rest
Payment gateways, store tokens and AI keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted. Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and your conversations never touch our provider account.
Audit logs & decision traces
Who changed what, and why the AI answered the way it did. Both are recorded, both are queryable, and traces expire on a retention window you set.
GDPR & India DPDP modes
Switch link tracking between full, consent-gated and off per workspace. Consent mode shows a real choice before any cookie is set, and retention purges run nightly.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account first?+
No. We provision the number and handle Meta verification with you during setup. If you already have an API number with Zavu, Msg91 or Meta directly, bring it — nothing needs migrating.
Can the AI actually do things, or does it just reply?+
It does things. It looks up orders and tracking, cancels orders, issues refunds, changes delivery addresses, books and reschedules appointments, and creates payment links. Anything that moves money waits for a teammate to approve it unless you say otherwise.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?+
Your team answers in the inbox as normal, and we capture the difference between what the AI said and what your teammate said. One click turns that into a knowledge entry, and the agent uses the corrected answer from then on — on every channel.
Are messages really included, or is there a per-message fee?+
Really included. Each plan bundles a monthly message allowance and email credits. Meta charges us for conversations; we do not add a percentage on top and resell it back to you.
Can I use my own AI keys?+
Yes. Bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key and your conversations never touch our provider account — you are billed by the provider directly. Or use bundled platform credits and skip the setup.
What if I only need one part of this?+
That is fine and common. Plenty of workspaces run only flows and the inbox, or only the pages and forms. Nothing is bundled in a way that forces you to adopt the rest, and the parts you ignore cost you nothing extra.
